Hi, I’m Ryanne Stellingwerf.

When looking back at when I first started showing symptoms of autoimmune, it seems apparent that it began with a basement remodel when I was three years old. That started my journey with mold illness. The chronic Lyme disease could have started that same year on a wonderful camping trip to Maine, where, the story says I had “30 mosquito bites on my head alone” so my parents cut the trip short. Was there a tick bite in there too? We’ll never know. What I do know is that almost my entire life I’ve been battling.

Along this journey, I became a believer that life is now. Regardless of how we feel, life isn’t going to wait for us. We can embrace it, or keep waiting. I’ll embrace it, thanks!

I’ve been where you are.

We know that energy is a commodity. I believe that people with autoimmune disease learn to be the most efficient people, because we have to. You’ll have help finding what is most important to you, down deep. Then you’ll learn how to target your efforts, be efficient, and get the most out of every day, every week, every month. You’ll learn how to add in joy and embrace life.

We know that social support has an impact on our immune systems as well as our happiness and longevity. You will join with a small group of 5 – 6 others to learn together and support each other while you grow.

My Approach

My experience coaching developed from my psychotherapy practice. I began as a Combat Trauma Specialist working with Veterans and First Responders. More and more of my new clients were actually high achievers. Many were managing autoimmune disease but wanted to keep their magnificent careers. I help them manage their lives so they can continue embracing those careers. If they find it is time to gracefully exit that career, I help them find new purpose so they can continue loving their life.
