What’s Included in the Armor & Grace 6-Week Experience

This program is built for the unique demands of female first responders. You won’t be asked to perform, prove, or pretend. Instead, you’ll be supported, equipped, and challenged to reconnect with the part of yourself that’s been pushed aside in the name of duty.

  • Weekly Live Group

    Each week, you'll meet with Ryanne and a group of peers for focused support. These are structured coaching sessions with room for real questions, relevant tools, and shared experience. We'll cover what it takes to downshift from high-alert, process what you're carrying, and build mental and emotional resilience without shutting down.

  • Weekly Guided Tools and Practices

    You'll receive simple, actionable practices designed for the realities of your life. These include nervous system resets, breathwork sequences, end-of-shift rituals, and other techniques to help your body and brain recover from the ongoing pressure of the job.

  • The Armor & Grace Digital Toolkit

    This on-demand resource includes:
